Doug Bruce is in jail..... as of 2011m04d10 ....... so I guess he is already a political prisoner. Attorney General John Suthers has vast discretion about what cases of "wrong-doing" he will pursue. I am sure that he has better things to do than pursue Doug Bruce , author of the TABOR act. ..... wait a minute ? ? ..... this is exactly what he should be doing given his obligation to protect government funding , his state-nipple sucking cronies and all the other leeches that extract blood money from taxpayers.
