When will police be penalized for lying ?
I mean *personally* penalized... as in having to financially compensate victims of their perjury ???? Not money that comes from the taxpayers.... it should be money right out of their own pockets..... forget about suspensions or hand slaps or firing..... make them pay $$$ every time.... nothing will get their attention more quickly and forcefully than this.......
