What a waste of time on Obama's part .... although I would be happy if this is all he did during the day. I don't get a warm and fuzzy felling when the POTUS passes by. Mostly I just get a fuzzy feeling. What out-moded behaviours are still practiced in the USA. Kissing babies, campaigning with personal visits for 9 months before the elections ( is this to get a rock-star high ? ) There are so many old habits that refuse to die.
