Google detects "bad" websites A virus or a fist of iron

Apparently google and browser developers have collaborated to create a "hacked website" scanner that marks websites as "bad" if they have been hacked. Even if the website is fixed or marked in error, it is very difficult to get the "bad" site un-marked.
A form has to be filled out and a maybe 2 week turn-around is promised.

I find that most users of the internet panic when they see one of these warnings. And it is very hard to get around it.

clicking on the ignore warning button causes the following :
Nothing

I think this may warrant a class action suit .... google gives you no decent place to send a plea for help.
