"There's a sucker born every minute" is a phrase often credited to P. T. Barnum (1810–1891), an American showman. It is generally taken to mean that there will always be many gullible people in the world.

Based on the tidbit above, I did a calculation ..... it is estimated that there are 4.17 people born each second across the entire earth.  I estimate that 80% of them are suckers ...... members of the cow herd.  That leaves 10% who are determined to be slave masters and 10% who are determined to be IPPs and are determined to be free.

Thus   4.17 times 0.8 ==> 3.336 suckers born per second        this yields one sucker born every  0.2997 seconds
