Arturo the Bear lives in a hellhole. Too late to change his previous life or to move him. Gather funds to hire a monitored *private firm* to clean the cage...... give him a refrigerated soaking pool with an umbrella .... give him great food. For the rest of his life.
Put a webcam on his hellhole to heaven so that people can see his improved life.
Okay .... celebrities ( and plebeians ) ... raise some funds to give Arturo a good send-off.
